When you submit an enquiry form or contact us, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, budget range, NRI status, preferred site-visit date and how you heard about us. We may also collect basic, non-identifying analytics about how the site is used.
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry — to match you with suitable listings, arrange a site visit, and follow up by call or WhatsApp about the property search you initiated. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Enquiry details may be processed by trusted service providers that help us operate — for example, a form-to-email service (such as Formspree) or a lead spreadsheet. These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable record-keeping. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing propuncleindia@gmail.com. We'll action deletion requests promptly.
